Terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to every visit to Bar Zilt, Vlasmarkt 37, 9200 Dendermonde, VAT BE 1039.876.226, and to the use of this website.

Bookings

Bar Zilt does not take reservations. Tables are allocated on the spot, in order of arrival and as far as places are available. For a visit with a larger group, contact can be made in advance on 0495 74 73 53 or by email at info@barzilt.be. Such arrangements are made separately and do not constitute a reservation.

Menu and prices

The composition of the menu may change depending on the availability of the products. Prices are not listed on this website. The menu made available in the venue is the version that applies. All prices are in euros and include VAT.

Allergens

The menu consists mainly of fish and seafood. Crustaceans and molluscs are legally recognised allergens and are present in the kitchen. Allergies and dietary requirements must be reported when ordering. Bar Zilt provides information about the ingredients of a dish on request, but cannot guarantee that a dish is free from traces of allergens.

Payment

The bill is settled on site after consumption.

Access to the venue

Bar Zilt reserves the right to refuse access or to end a visit in the event of behaviour that disturbs other guests or the staff.

Bar Zilt aims to keep the information on this website correct and up to date. No rights can be derived from the content of this website. Texts, photos and the logo remain the property of their respective owners. For images from a public source, the origin is stated in the caption.

Governing law

Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes are brought before the competent courts of the judicial district of East Flanders, Dendermonde division.
